Deane Johnson is the fourth generation of his family to be involved in the Atlanta real estate market. He has completed course work in Building Science at Auburn University, has a B.A. in Business & Behavior from Oglethorpe University, and a Masters of Divinity from New Orleans Seminary.

      Since 1984 he has been a major player in the Atlanta building market.  Deane was C.O.O. for Bob Johnson Development Company from 1980 to 1984, and is the founder and President of M. Deane Johnson, Inc. and Dogwood Brokers, Inc.  He has been involved in all phases of home construction including restoration and renovation of historic homes as well as new homes priced up to 5 million.  Homes include Isaiah Thomas’s new residence in Atlanta and the 1998 Southern Accents/ Neiman Marcus Holiday House .  In addition, Deane is involved with Victory Community Development Corp., a Christian based inner city development group dedicated to training the homeless so they may become productive members of Society.  Deane has also traveled throughout the world with several ministries providing both physical and spiritual relief to those victimized by war and political opposition. 

     Richard Williams, attended the University of Georgia.  Richard is the founder of several highly successful Atlanta companies including: Bulldog Movers, Inc., Alpha Products, Inc., IN-ZONE, Inc.,  and  IN-ZONE Brands, Inc.

     Starting with only $300 in capital, he built Bull Dog Movers into one of Atlanta’s leading moving companies, with $3 million dollars a year in annual revenue and over 100 employees.  In 1982, he founded Alpha Products with hardly any initial capital and built it into the largest manufacturer of promotional beverage ware in the United States with revenue in excess of $30 million dollars.  IN-ZONE Brands, Inc. will currently have revenues in excess of $10 million dollars annually.

     Johnson & Williams, L.L.C. has been involved in building several million dollar homes in the Buckhead area.  They have also restored some beautiful homes back to their original splendor, including a stately Georgian home on Tuxedo Road.  They also built the 4 million dollar Neiman Marcus Southern Accents Holiday House on West Conway.  The High Point is a recent development offering twenty-three dramatic southern style homes starting in the $500,000’s. 

 

     Richard Harris is currently involved in securities portfolio management,real estate development and building. He is the founder and Managing Partnerof M.A.R.S. Lattner LLP, an investment partnership.  He is CEO of Johnson &Harris, a high-end home builder who specializes in the Buckhead area ofAtlanta.

     Richard is also a Partner in Johnson, Williams & Harris, LLC areal estate development company. He is also a Trustee for the Forrest C.Lattner Foundation, a Charitable Foundation.Prior to his current ventures, Richard was a Computer Consultant for theCoca-Cola Company.  Richard has an MBA from Emory University School ofBusiness, Concentration Finance.  He completed his undergraduate degree atCornell College with a major in Economics.
